Bittercube Trinity Bitters

Bittercube Trinity Bitters are the house blend of the small-batch, handmade Bittercube range developed in Milwaukee and produced in Madison, Wisconsin, using spirits from Yahara Bay Distillers and only raw ingredients with no extracts or oils. Trinity is a proprietary blend of three Bittercube classics, Cherry Bark Vanilla, Orange, and Bolivar, rested together for over a month so the flavors amalgamate into a single aromatic bitter.

The result combines cherry, cocoa, and vanilla with caramelized orange and floral chamomile and jasmine, an all-purpose aromatic bitter that enhances Old Fashioneds, Manhattans, and other spirit-forward cocktails. If you only keep one bottle of Bittercube on the bar, this is the one. One bottle seasons dozens of cocktails and is a perfect gift for a whiskey drinker.
